What you’ll need: 

• Pen or marker 

• Rice paper 

• A bowl of sun-charged water 

What you need to do: 

• Take the pen and rice paper and write these words on it: I come to you in time of need. Anoint me with strength and light today, tomorrow, and always. Grace me with love, joy, and peace, Fill my mind with wisdom and clarity, Remove that which does not serve me, Transmute it that I am free. 

• Put the rice paper in the sun water bowl and let it dissolve  while you feel it pull the negative energy from you to the  water through the paper  

• Once it disappears, give the water to the Earth or your  favorite plant, and visualize negative energy leaving you  and being transmuted by the Earth. The same kind of  sticky energy that drains a human can nourish plants. 

Let  what no longer serves you be food for something else You can also write any other spell you want on rice paper, to  remove things that do not serve you, such as a hard challenge,  negative emotion, and more
