Love is your superpower, so use this spell to open your heart  and allow the powers of love to splash all over your reality. What you’ll need:

• Rose oil 

• Rose quartz 

• Pen and paper 

• Red candle 

• Incense 

• Small knife 

• Small fire-resistant bowl or container

1. Take the small knife and carve a heart on the red candle. 

2. Light your incense and red candle and start looking at  the flame to slowly ground yourself and relax your energy.  Breathe from it and breathe into it. (Gently, without putting  it out.) 

3. When you’re ready, write down the thing that has been  weighing your heart (a break-up, a fear, a painful event, etc.).  Fold the paper, take the rose quartz in your hands, and say: I banish what's been written here, And free myself from all its fear. May this crystal's light combine, To fill my heart with love divine. 

4. Take the piece of paper and burn it with the flames of the  candle. Once it is done, take a bit of the ashes in your hands  and say this three times: I am liberated, I am free,  I fill myself with love—forever shall it be!  Thank you! 

5. Discard the ashes outside. Your heart will continue to  open more and more in the coming days. Be gentle with it  and allow the unfolding to take place like a beautiful flower.  

Continue to nurture it every chance you get and grab the  opportunities to express your love and compassion without  any attachment to how it is received.  You are only responsible for yourself, and even if someone  rejects your warmth, you most likely make them wonder why  you are so kind to them.
