Heart and Soul Healing Potions

Use these potions any time you feel emotionally drained, are dealing with difficult thoughts, troubling conditioning, or simply want to feel better. Easy three-ingredient tea: • Chamomile - for stress and fatigue • Lemon balm - for anxiety • Peppermint – for discharging negative energy You can use them fresh if you have them, but dry herbs are also great. 1. Bring the water to a boil and pour it into your favorite mug. Try to do this with intent and not like you’re making just any cup of tea! 2. Focus on it being a healing potion. Clear your thoughts gently and stay grounded by watching the water come to a boil. 3. Once it’s done, add your ingredients, and let them sit for five minutes. Don’t be afraid about putting too much or too little; let your instinct guide you. 124 4. Let the tea cool for a bit and continue to meditate. See the tea infused with golden-white light. 5. When you’re ready, take three deep breaths. Feel your body cooling every time you inhale, as you’re refreshed. Feel your body becoming lighter, as it’s discarding its emotional baggage. 6. Then, start drinking the tea and feel your body becoming warmer every time as if you’re adding love into your body. Drink in the light and let it consume your every cell. Continue until you finish the cup and say “Thank you” three times, to express gratitude. It’s a great potion to drink right before bed, but you can make it as needed.
