What you’ll need: 

• One white candle 

• One pinecone 

• Paper and pen 

• Piece of green thread  

What you need to do: 

• Write the name of the person you want to heal and their  illness (physical or emotional) 

• Light the white candle 

• Take the paper and wrap it around the pinecone.  Carefully tie it with the green thread 

• Recite this incantation: Hear these words, hear my plea On behalf of [Name] to heal their [illness], I come to thee. Fill them only with peace and joy Walk by their side during this fight And use your infinite powers to take away their sickness. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. 

• Let the candle burn out and keep the pinecone in your  home, or preferably give it to the person who is sick. Its  energy will support their healing process.
